Q1. What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)? 

A: Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 1 piece.

Q2. What is your terms of payment? And what is your terms of delivery?
A: We accept T/T and Paypal,100% payment advance. We'll sign the contract before you arrange the payment. 

 And our terms of delivery is based on EXW,  FOB, CIF.

Q3. Whether the quotation including the shipping freight or not? It is included the packing charges before shipping?What is your terms of packing?
A: Our quotation is not included the shipping freight, but included the packing charges.
Generally, we pack our goods with plastic and white foam inside, brown carton outside. If you have legally registered patent, we can pack the goods in your branded boxes after getting your authorization letters.

Q4. What is the usual delivery time?
A: The sample order will be arranged the shipment within 5-7 working days after receiving your advance payment .
And the batch order will take 30~60 days, the specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
